The Problem
Field staff re-typed the same day's work twice — once into a timesheet, again into a claim sheet — and management only saw the result days later, after someone consolidated it by hand.
What We Built
A single daily entry now feeds the timesheet, the claim sheet and the Looker Studio dashboard at once. The reporting task that took about an hour takes about a minute, and the dashboard is current rather than reconstructed.
